Kuwait Crown Prince congratulates Belgium on nat'l day
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to King Philippe of Belgium, on occasion of the country's national day, and wished the King good health.
