Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received late Tuesday Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and his accompanying delegation at the headquarters of the Kuwait Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly. At the onset of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir to Egypt's President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi, wishing him everlasting well-being and further progress and prosperity to Egypt. The meeting reviewed the deep-rooted historical and fraternal relations between Kuwait and Egypt and discussed means of enhancing and upgrading them for wider horizons in all fields in a way that achieves mutual interests of the two countries and their brotherly peoples. Both sides also shared views on the key topics listed on the UN General Assembly's agenda and the latest international and regional developments, affirming the need to continue coordination and consultation toward them. The meeting was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah; Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah; Ambassador Mansour Ayyad Al-Otaibi; Permanent Representative to the UN Tareq Mohammad Al-Banai and Assistant Foreign Minister for the Foreign Minister's Office Affairs Minister Plenipotentiary Abdullah Nasser Al-Obaidi.
