Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, met Tuesday with Icelandic Prime Minister Kristrun Frostadottir at the UN headquarters in New York. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly. The two sides touched on the bilateral relations between Kuwait and Iceland and ways to develop them in a manner serving the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples. They also discussed a number of topics of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi and Kuwait's Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador Tareq Al-Bannai.
