Kuwait Amir Representative receives Jordanian King, Crown Prince on UN High-Level Week
The Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received on Monday Jordan's King Abdullah II and Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II at his residence in New York on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly. During the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince of Kuwait conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir to the Jordanian King and Crown Prince, wishing them everlasting good health and Jordan and its people further progress and prosperity. Both sides discussed the fraternal deep-rooted relations between Kuwait and Jordan and means of developing them in a manner that serves the two sisterly countries and their peoples' interests, along with the latest developments on both international and regional arenas. The meeting featured Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director-General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi, Kuwait's Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador Tareq Al-Banai, the head of His Highness the Crown Prince's office Maj. Gen. Ahmad Al-Daie and Assistant Foreign Minister for Minister's Office Affairs Minister Plenipotentiary Abdullah Nasser Al-Obaidi.
