Kuwait Amir Representative receives 81st UNGA session head on sidelines of high-level week
The Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met with the President of 81st high-level session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) Dr. Khalilur Rahman at his presidency in New York on Sunday, on the sidelines of the 81st high-level week of the UN General Assembly (UNGA). His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir to the president of the 81st session. His Highness the Crown Prince congratulated Khalilur Rahman on the post, affirming Kuwait's full support for all presidency's efforts in boosting action among member states and achieving sustainable development goals. Both sides also discussed some items on the session's agenda and the latest developments in both regional and international arenas. Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director-General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi, Kuwait's Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador Tareq Al-Banai and head of His Highness the Crown Prince's office Maj. Gen. Ahmad Al-Daie attended the meeting.
