- Under the patronage of His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness’s annual camel racing festival concluded on Saturday at Kuwait Camel Racing Club. His Highness the Crown Prince delegated the Governor of Hawalli and the Acting Governor of the Capital Ali Salem Al-Asfar, to attend the closing ceremony of the festival and honor the winners. Al-Asfar, Representative of His Highness the Crown Prince, was received by the Acting Chairman of the General Sports Authority Mahmoud Ahmed Abul and members of the club's board. After the end of the competition, the Representative of His Highness the Crown Prince handed over the trophies, awards, and souvenirs to the winners.
